Body positivity, for me personally is a struggle. I try and show people can be themselves no matter what size they are, it's all about your own happiness. I wish more people would understand that.

As for experience; I have lost weight, so I've been bigger, and even now I can get nasty comments or remarks for how I look and it can be hurtful. But I've also had people that don't care, and actually wanted to get to know me and help, and they did that.

Through others I see how beautiful people are, no matter what size, shape, age, ethnicity, etc - it's the person that makes them, them.
