I’ve been looked down upon, and turned down for being categorised as a “bigger man” has been challenging throughout my life. It took me a long time to fall in love with my body, and it was only until early 2024 that I really fell in love with the body I’ve got.

I’m not changing it to make anyone else happy other than myself. Making yourself happy is the first priority of anyone. It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks. As long as you’re happy in your own skin, that’s all that matters. Rhys.x
